Community Services Unlimited will be organizing a Morning of Wellness at the Paul Robeson Community Wellness Center (6569 S. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA) on Saturday, September 25th, 9am-3pm PT. The morning will have free vaccinations, calfresh pre-screenings, and discounted organic foods. The morning will start off with an hour-long session of restorative yoga, followed by breath-work & gentle stretching. Masks are required, and spots are limited.
