Gammon Theological Seminary is collaborating with Strengthening the Black Church for the 21st Century, Convocation for Pastors of Black Churches in the UMC, Black Clergywomen of the UMC, and Black Methodists for Church Renewal to understand the factors informing decisions and timelines for Black churches to resume in-person worship at their church’s primary physical location. Gammon’s collaboration also seeks to learn how Black churches are navigating digital, virtual, and online worship.
The insights from this research will be shared with African American pastors and laypersons as they navigate this changing ministry landscape. Therefore, your feedback is vitally important in helping us provide resources for you.
The survey will remain open from Monday, June 7 – Wednesday, June 30.
Your responses will remain confidential. At the end of the survey, you will be given the opportunity to request a copy of the final report.
Thank you for your kind assistance.
