Tax Reporting and Filing for Faith Based Organizations

Assemblyman Mike Gipson will be hosting a “Filing Requirements and Appropriate Reporting for Faith Based Organizations”  on March 17, 2018 at 1:00pm New Mt. Calvary.

The purpose of this event will be to educate inform and update our faith based organizations, including those with 501 C (3) and Community Development Corporations (CDC’s) with laws and/or regulations effective 2018. Also, not only new laws/regulations but to also assure our faith based organizations are filing appropriately with our taxing agencies..i.e. IRS, Board of Equalization, Secretary of State, and Franchise Tax Board. A representative from each agency will also be present to provide updates and answer any questions our attendees may have.
